Sural Nerve Graft post RP to fix Erectile Dysfunction

Hi guys,

I’ve been researching nerve grafting for Erectile dysfunction post radical prostatectomy. I just miss the good old days of spontaneity and the Tri-mix injections are...well...just not spontaneous.

Do any of you have experience with this procedure? Have any of you overcome ED after several years post RP?

Missed this first time around. Return to spontaneous sex would be Great. Remember that step after vasectomy. Now dead down there..
