Fresh cycle end of March

Hi all,

I’m about to start the cycle all over again with fresh egg retrieval at the end of the month.

I’m after some tips on how to prepare my body and mind to go through the process again.

I’ve quit alcohol (my one true love - lol) and I’ve stopped drinking any fizzy drinks and am sticking to the h2o!

Anyone for any other tips that could help?

I used the Mindfulness IVF app as that was useful for getting into the zone before the treatment and taking some time to relax each day. Also no alcohol (I know how you feel!), no caffeine and relatively healthy eating. Best of luck! 🍀
