Hi, I’m 33 yo and have visible blue veins in my chest shoulders and arms (some on side torso). I’m seeing if this is normal or should be alarming. Had elevated lfts a year ago but quit drinking and all are normal plus had a US and was confirmed to have a healthy looking liver.

Also the picture doesn’t seem to show how visible they really are
It's perfectly normal to be able to see your veins. Your scan showed your liver is perfectly normal so nothing to worry about. Veins are more visible in paler skin and unless they are raised, swollen and painful, usually in the legs ( varicose veins) there is no need to be concerned.
Now go and enjoy your weekend 😀👍
I’ve had that all my life. You can see mine a lot more than yours. Perfectly normal. My partner has it too a lot more than you and she doesn’t drink x
