Bell's Palsy diagnosis
Hi everyone - yesterday was quite hellish - spent 3 hrs in A&E since the left side of my face had become paralysed. It all started Saturday night with the odd shooting pain through the gland under my left ear. On Sunday evening, my lips on the left hand side had started feeling numbish like after a dental

Back spasms and ankylosing spondylitis?
Does anyone know if you are more likely to have back spasms when you have AS? Had the worst spasm yesterday, lost consciousness for a few minutes, couldn't move when I came round, and ended up having to be taken to A&E by ambulance. My husband was out so my kids witnessed my fall and managed to get help

Lost
Hya all, my head is in the shed I don't know what to think. But I can't think about anything other than my dad. I've got so many questions and I'll never know the answers. My dad died Monday at home, he showed no obvious signs of being bad (I mean needing hospital treatment) he went to bed as normal

Worried I am overactive. I may need a slap
Sorry to post again, all your kind words earlier this week helped and comforted me so much. My anxiety is very high, I can't see my GP until after Christmas so I have to suck it up and accept it's anxiety. I saw my therapist last night, I decided to go and see the one that helped me after my attack a

Pred and diazapam
I have , slightly against my better judgement, arranged to visit my daughter in Norway for Christmas and have been prescribed diazepam to counteract my nervousness about flying. Does anyone know of any interaction with prednisolone? I've just been rather alarmed by reading about the effects of cold weather

18 and these feelings have started - am I broken?
Hi! So i'm new to this and this is a big step. I've always palmed off the 'a' word, and even more so with the 'd' word, I get scared to associate myself with anything that could be a mental illness. I've always been really happy, laid back and liked in school and college. I left sixth form in the summer

Can't take anymore
Haven't posted for a while but it's all just getting too much . I've been bad with anxiety and depression since April this year. I gave my resignation into work last week and I'm panicking about money. My 12 year old son has an eating disorder and it's worrying me so much. My older son has been charged
