Struggling with PoTS
This week has been the worst since being diagnosed is summer 2015. I have a headache that won’t go away, dizziness lying in bed, turning in bed and getting up to use bathroom. Fainting, tiredness that’s keeping me sleeping for 12-18 hours, at a time, then there’s the non stop palpitations, shaking,

Feeling hopeless
ISuffered with depression on and off for years, worked through most of them, but now unemployed. At first, really enjoyed being at home, looking after my granddaughters from time to time, keeping the house clean and tidy and gardening. I got flu the day before Christmas Eve, so missed out on the celebration

As some of you may know, most of my anxiety is health related, went to the doctor’s yesterday because of an ongoing ear infection and to see if my chest infection had cleared, had to wait over 2 and a half hours before I could see anyone, and then only a young locum, only good news was that my chest

New Year's Resolutions
Happy New Year to all! I like the New Year - a time of hope and renewal, and another Christmas survived. Christmas for me is the time of year when all my failures to plan, clean and organise come home to roost. I nearly got a divorce from my family after the entire week of mostly solo cleaning it took

Blue welcomes the New Year ( for Coco)
10mg of vet approved diazepam, a fortress and a thick fleece to cover his ears. I toasted midnight with a cup of tea and he gave me a look of weary resignation.

Back Muscle Spasm
Hi I’ve recently experienced the agony of one of my back muscles going into spasm. It was so bad that we had to call a GP out, who prescribed me diazepam which has helped significantly. I already take Tramadol, Naproxen and Pregabalin for past back issues. Although I’m no longer in agony, thank God

Is there anyone, anywhere who knows anything about how to treat FIBROMYALGIA?
For those of you who were able, I hope that you could enjoy some relief over the Xmas holiday period. Regrettably this grandpa had to decline family invitations to avoid being a nuisance to the adults and a kill-joy for the grandchildren. The years drag by against a backdrop of shrinking horizons. Diazepam
Has anyone been prescribed valium/diazepam for stiffness/rigidity in arm/hand? Levidopa did nothing but I am concerned about potential side effects. I'm open to most anything right now to get some movement back. Even in the short term.

Can't do this anymore
Just can't carry on like this anymore: constantly anxious something is going to happen, constantly worried about what others (strangers included) are thinking about me, feeling like I'm not good enough for anything or anyone I take flux and have done for 5 years, had counselling, take propranolol,

Alcohol and Diazepam...
Let me just say that I am NOT the kind of person who takes drugs recreationally. I’ve really never seen the point, and have only ever tried a couple of things once and always regretted it. I’d much rather just drink ;L This was just a stupid one-off and will not be happening again! I had a friend over

Paroxismal Afib, diet and lifestyle
Greetings from Italy! I am new to this forum, so I would like to tell my experience of Afib. I am 74, male, decent overall health except hypertension kept down with drugs, a modest oesophageal reflux and paroxysmal Afib. I have had problems of missed heart beats for the last 20 or 30 years, sometimes
