16 year old male health anxiety

I was wondering if someone could help me a little bit , so basically about a month ago I started really listening to my heart after one night where I couldn't sleep because I could hear it in my ears. I thought there might have been something wrong with me , I then had a full blown panic attack where I thought I was having a heart attack so I was taken to er. They checked my oxygen levels and blood pressure but they couldn't get a good blood pressure reading as I was panicking every time they tried. I then had the same thing at night. I went the doctors and they did a blood test and a ecg but everything was normal , I was given diazepam but I don't like it so I don't take it. It's been over a month and some days are better than others but I get lots of pains in my arms and legs and back and also chest , mostly sharp pains at random or when I exhale hard. Also I can feel every little sensation in my body and also get muscle twitches that are visible but only really last a few seconds .This is just really unlike me because I used to exercise so much and now I just can't because I panic every time my heart rate increases , I can feel it every time because my throat and chest tighten.

This is a common story of anxiety at your age. The more you worry the less likely it will settle, so get out there and do some exercise and ignore the symptoms.

Hi, I'm praying for you . Please try to eat healthy and light exercise like a 10 minute walk. Do something you like to help get your mind off of your symptoms. Pray and know that God is holding you in the palm of His hand. Trust God that this will pass and you will be healed.

Yes, always trust God and find strength in knowing that He is always with you. You are very young and have your entire life to live a full and joyful life. Read Psalm 91 (the New King James Version). It's about being safe in the presence of God. In Verses 1 -2 it say's; "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord,' ' He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.' And Verse 4 where it say's " He shall cover you with His feathers , and under Hus wings you shall take refuge ." Please be comforted in knowing God is protecting you and find peace , rest and joy in knowing this. God bless you and be well.
