after feeling well for the first time in over a year, my blood results are back, could you please advice?
Since this forum's precious and irreplaceable advice, I begun supplementing with Vitamin D, C, iron, B12 and B complex, K2, and continued my HLC and pepsin, cider vinegar/lemon and
probiotics
. I am in 125 T4 which I take last thing at night and 10 mcg of T3 at midday.

GP's and NHS really doing a disservice to their patients
She has also started taking
probiotics
and enzyme capsules. These have helped to a degree. But despite all these efforts, her weight loss effort and waist girth size immediately resort to their original dimensions, making all the effort put in a total waste of time.

Intestinal motility problems
Hi, I have had bowel issues for over 30 years. Dozens of medical investigations led to a firm diagnosis of motility dysfunction in the large bowel. This dysfunction intermittently causes a blockage where nothing will pass through, causing me a lot of pain and fever. I do not have constipation as such

Kefir ?
On a lighter note I am looking into making kefir which is supposed to be an excellent probiotic drink for a healthy gut. Its easy to make and ferments continuously enabling you to keep making more. Sorry my explanation is vague but I am new to this. I am going vegan and looking into healthy options

Seven essential vitamins as we age.
Probiotics
Like omega-3,
probiotics
are not technically vitamins or minerals, but they are an essential requirement, playing a key role in keeping the gut healthy and your weight down.
Probiotics
also lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes and stroke.

BH Lab Thyroid + 11 Results are back
I have seen people mentioning taking prebiotics,
probiotics
and Selenium. What are the benefits and how much should I be taking? also when and how should I be taking them? greygoose mentioned myxoedema as a probable reason for my inability to loose weight.

Just joined! Im here to help!
(Buscopan,
probiotics
). Im here to look into new drugs. There is evidence that probiotic *cocktails* may help as well as VitD supplements. I avoid fiber and raw food (fruit fish veg). I eat a lot or carbs and that is a safe food for me.

IBS on holiday - probiotics?
Hi all, I'm wondering if any of you may be able to offer some advice really! I've only really become aware of having an IBS-D type issue the last year or so, and generally I can self manage it. It tends to be triggered more by stress/anxiety (bit of a vicious cycle) and some particular foods too. I
