Back from my holidays and I am certainly paying the price. Whilst I did my best to stick to my normal diet as I was in Italy a bit of bread and wine was unavoidable ! I have now been back a week and my stomach is so bloated I can barely walk around. I am back to avoiding wheat, taking probiotics, drinking peppermint tea, taking fennel tablets, flaxseeds for the constipation. Has anyone got any other suggestions ? Oh I even bought some charcoal biscuits yesterday. At least the kids don't try and eat them ! I am not constipated as of this morning but still soooo bloated it hurts ! Any ideas would be most welcome. I know I bought it on myself but I am only human 😢
