Probiotics helped eliminate food triggers
I've now bought the Biokult
probiotics
because the Symprove is too expensive. Just thought I'd pass on my news to fellow sufferers. Thanks, A

How to manage MDD and get out of Survival Mode?
I exercise, sleep well, eat moderately well, make an effort to be healthy, reach out to people when I don't sound incomprehensibly depressed, stay busy, take supplements and medication (Wellbutrin, Omega 3 Fish Oil pills, Skull Cap,
Probiotics
), am maintaining a proactive and responsible job search.

Possible tapering tip
I was having great difficulty stopping prednisone-couldn’t budge below 1.5 mg. I developed a bad case of diarrhea and tried saccharomyces boulardii lyo CNCM 1-745, brand name Florastor. It’s a probiotic but somewhat different than most, as it’s supposedly active in the lower GI tract. Anyway, the diarrhea

Plant based Coconut yoghurt with raspberries and apple.
Hi everyone, We all know the importance of eating
probiotics
so I was pleased to see this coconut based yoghurt as I like cocnut milk and cream and it's great for our vegan friends. I couldnt make up my mind whether to have stewed apples or raspberries so I decided to have some of each.

Difficult to don a face mask
I got really upset yesterday regarding my physical limitations with PD. I wanted to go out for a walk, needed exercise to help we with my PD symptoms. I suffer severe chronic bilateral hamstring muscle spasms with severe chronic right leg sciatica. Not sure if the pain is secondary to the PD or the Spondylolisthesis

Have any supplements increased the length of your cycle?
Hi there, Have you taken any supplements which have increased the length of your cycle at all? I have taken a number of supplements for many years in this ttc battle, although I took Vit D and Turmeric anyway. I take Vit E, a probiotic from Optibac, and an antenatal supplement from Biocare. About 2/3

Ongoing thrush problem (I think?) not responding to anti-fungal treatment anymore
I am also taking
probiotics
to see if this helps to clear it. I'm not sure what else to do, is there any advice as to how I could get rid of this discharge? Does this sound like it is thrush or could it be something else? Is it possible that I have become resistant to treatment for thrush?

Probiotics/Prebiotics
I was looking into getting some pro/prebiotics and I was wondering if anyone has some recommendations. I read my kids' culturelle last night and it said that people with compromised immune systems need to check with their doctor. Well, while I wait to connect with my liver specialist, I wanted to start

Digestive enzymes and probiotics - recommendations please
Hi folks My gut is giving me trouble at the moment. I have had flare-ups of IBS but also many other problems. I am going to chat it through with my endo next week but I was wondering if a digestive enzyme and a probiotic may help. If so would you recommend any please?

The Recipe for "Re-Balance Belly to Brain Probiotic Complex"
The
probiotics
will grow on ultra-pasteurized milks, but in our opinion, the milk has been damaged by the UHT process.

Has anyone tried Symprove as a probiotic please, after antibiotics ?
I've been exhausted for months (b12/possible thyroid/low iron/vit d,etc) and another test suggested possible candida issues, which I've had in the past, so am keen to get some
probiotics
started whilst I delve further! Seems Symprove is not harmed by stomach acid.
