Probiotics helped eliminate food triggers

I've had success with probiotics .

Hello all. I suffer from migraine variant balance disorder. I'm on nortriptyline and pizotifen. Without medication I have up to 15 a month. My triggers Are hormone changes, food and exercise. I have managed to eliminate my food triggers. I thought I'd try Symprove which is a very expensive probiotics drink, but I've spent a fortune on everything else so thought I'd give it a go. For 2 weeks I got a migraine every day but then they stopped and I carried on taking it. The only trigger I have now is unpasteurised cheese but it was a lot of stuff before. I've now bought the Biokult probiotics because the Symprove is too expensive.

Just thought I'd pass on my news to fellow sufferers.

Thanks, A
