Has anyone tried kefir before?
Just found out about this drink recently. Can't believe I haven't heard of it before. People rave about this stuff, I've watched tons of videos on it over the last few days. Quite a few people with IBS say it either reduced their symptoms pretty drastically or got rid of them completely. It's a probiotic

Probiotics have helped
I don't know whether
probiotics
will help anyone else , but I know so many of us are struggling and I thought I'd share my experience in the hope it might help others

Hi fellow ibs sufferers
Oh & one more thing I was taking
probiotics
but stopped once I started the diet as I wanted to see if the diet alone would help me figure out any trigger foods. Am i right to do that ? Gosh sorry that's rather a lot for a first timer! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Itchy!!!!!!!!!!
I have been on Levothyroxine for 3 months. My whole body is so itchy I could scream at times. My hair is dry and nails break. My internist took me off Levo., vitamin D, and probiotic for several weeks as a trial... 2 wks. now.....no change. Does anyone have the same symptoms?

Taking a week's dose of Vitamins in one go?
Not enough hours in the day and trying to fit in a full-on detox with capsules, clay,
probiotics
, enemas etc. It's driving me nuts 🤣

Forgot capsule- PAIN BACK today!
My 'miracle' capsules did not work today because I FORGOT to take it AM 😞 I had Bloating and pain by 2pm and THEN I realised I had forgotten to have my Probiotic Capsule. It's 7:15pm and I'm still suffering after taking it at 2pm. So this has shown me that I DEFINITELY need to take it early EVERYDAY

Vsl probiotic
I've been through a lot of different
probiotics
. I'm just trying VSL. It says to take 1-16 a day on the bottle. Is anyone taking VSL, and how many per day. Thanks This is only my 2nd post, ever. Beware. I may become a nuisance.

Probiotics
Hi, anyone taken Yakult? Surgery nurse suggested it but evidence online seems 50/50 as to it's benefit. Just wondered if anyone with PA had taken it and found it made any difference. thanks

Gut problem diagnosis and Healing
(
Probiotics
, Proteolytic enzymes etc). If you have used these - where do you get them from and what has worked/hasn't worked for you? I am already gluten free and have started making bone broth, but don't take it regularly enough to benefit yet. Thank-you as always.
