My 'miracle' capsules did not work today because I FORGOT to take it AM 😞 I had Bloating and pain by 2pm and THEN I realised I had forgotten to have my Probiotic Capsule. It's 7:15pm and I'm still suffering after taking it at 2pm. So this has shown me that I DEFINITELY need to take it early EVERYDAY or pain and bloating returns 😏
