Mago7, by aerobic life, has saved my life...read the Finchly Clinic's stuff, there are a few ROS delivery systems, oxinigated larger molecules of magnesium oxide that do not enter the blood stream as a supplement. You can use any of these, I have only used mag07...U need to find the correct dose for you, right now I take 1 1/2 capsules, and will most likely just go to one. Amazon, most vitamin sites, and the Vitamin Shoppe sell it. Read the reviews. No cramping, no chemicals, sleep well, and get up and go. Safe for daily use. Much better than laxatives, suppositories, enemas....awful stuff. Just remember start out slow and find your need.

It really works, and does other good things you can research and read about.

My best!

I am gf/df, organic, and also just FYI...look up Salicylic Food Sensitivities...it blew my mind...I also follow fodmap. But this new thing I discovered is pretty real, and I have tested it on myself (get gastritis) every vegetable and fruit I was ingesting is on the high list!

I can just tell u mago7 works extremely well for the fun big C...start slow...it really works!!! Everyone is so different, but when it comes to C, I would prefer to be a little loose than try and pass rocks! I just had to have hemerrhoid banding, by a very reputable colorectal surgeon, and it was worse than giving birth with 4th degree lacerations. I never take pain pills ever!...but this actually was the most horrible pain I ever have had...thank God I had mago7 for the healing process, it has been 3 weeks, and I am doing so so much better! My hems never bled, they were probably there for years! Just try the stuff u do not want to get hems from chronic C.

My best...hope it works...check out food combining for gas, like never mix meat with fruit, ect. Certain foods digest faster, and it is a good way to avoid gas also.

Thank you so much! I take tramadol for Fibromyalgia and on hypertension meds also. I do realise tramadol and most pain meds cause constipation. Sometimes I can be both ways but most of the time it is constipation. I take buscopan which helps now and again and I have noticed going onto gluten free foods seems to be making it worse for some reason so I am going back to introducing ordinary foods again. I was also recommended to use probiotics by some very kind people on this site, so am taking a caps every morning with breakfast. My friend who is a nursing sister suggested I buy Lactulose but from what you have posted the Mago7 seems to be more of a natural remedy and I am wary of taking anything new when having IBS. This has only been happening over the last wee while and GP last year advised she thinks it is fibro related as they seem to go hand in hand. hugs x

I take probiotics have done for years now and I do think they help. Do you drink enough water? I picked this up whilst reading bits about IBS and for me its the best thing I have done. Just thought it worth passing on.
