Flying Anxiety resulting in a Chest Infection?
I recently flew to Lanzarote. I am a very anxious person when it comes to flying, so much so, that I missed my 1st flight out there. I rang the Doctors on the way back from my missed flight, and he told me to take Lorazepam for the next flight. I managed to get on the next flight out, but still white

Does anyone know of strong painkillers that do not cause dry mouth and throat as a side effect?
In addition to diclofenac and paracetomol (& occasional diazepam for muscle spasms) I also have been prescribed dihydrocodeine which causes very dry mouth and throat. I use my voice in my job and so this is not good. It's really important. I get hoarse very easily just from speaking. I'm trying to taper

One step forwards, two steps back...trying to quit diazepam and establish more healthy sleep patterns!
With schizo affective disorder (mainly depression), COPD (moderately severe) and chronic but intermittent lower back pain. Decreased my antidepressants last year as sick of feeling numb then decided it was time to tackle my Diazepam use - 30mg per day by going 'cold turkey'...didn't quite work out as

Difficulty Sleeping
I have difficulty sleeping because of joint pain and headaches. The GP gave me zopiclone for 4 weeks but would not renew because of their addictiveness. I have tried hypnosis tapes, relaxation and classical music, ibuprofen gels do nothing, tried chamomile tea, valerian, hops, etc from Health Food store

Was prescribed 60mg prednisolone for GED flare up in A/E 6 weeks ago. Lots going on with allergies to antidepressants as well.
My previous physical and mental crash was caused by the drug Quetiapine. After 6-8 weeks on this drug, I went completely hypo ( as mentioned in some previous posts so sorry if I am repeating myself and becoming boring). my Gp referred me to psychiatrist due to ? Cyclathemia, but after reading many many

Non Prescription tablets for endo
My ex girlfriend has endo, She's currently being prescribed tramadol (8 a day in pairs) but these don't seem to help her a lot so she swaps them for clonazepam, but also gets Valium of 'the streets', diazepam she prefers, but it's hit and miss what she gets, the last ones were 'ardin' which are Indian
