Anxiety
I have only been back to work for 3 weeks and during that time chest was getting tighter by the day and when talking feel as if air was getting squished out of me. I've had a horrible past 2 years with my chest, been referred to immunologist because of all infections I get. Had a stressful week last

I'll try anything
I've had 5 years of being given stuff such as diazepam, Xanax, victan and also anti-depressants , most of which have made RLS worse. Since I'm now off cancer meds I'd like to wean myself off the rest. So I'll try anything. I take Victan to sleep but have insomnia - so that doesn't work and I'm not upping

Praise for kind gp
I recently had an attempted cervical smear test that was so painful it was untrue .The nurse that did was less than sympathetic. I then saw a gp today for a second go .I was given 2mg of diazepam before hand and she was the kindest person I have met in my endo journey so far.She tried different sized

Reflexology
Has anyone tried reflexology? For me neither diazepam nor Xanax are working any more. I know I'm only taking 0.5mg but I really really don't want to get onto that cycle by increasing the dosage. I didn't sleep until 4am this morning and now I feel "zonked" so I'm going to try reflexology.

Can you use magnesium if you are taking sedatives and other medication?
I had a lot of muscle pain lately and this may be because I'm in pre-menopause but I had my magnesium levels tested and they were at the low end of normal. I got some diet recommendations but since I live in a nursing home I don't have a lot of control over my diet and also I am (or am afraid I am

Restless Legs?
I've been increasingly suffering from this syndrome - didn't realise it is common with fibro - and its been worsening lately to the point where my sleep is seriously affected, and I was getting desperate. GP has given me diazepam as a short term thing, and I have slept OK the last two nights with it

Constant anxiety, not attacks.
I suffer intensely from both anxiety and depression. Have been on current AD's for 7 weeks, and they havn't helped al all. The last lot I was on for 3 weeks I had to stop, intensified the anxiety so much even with lorazeapam. I am going to see a psychiatrist on Mon. It was meant to be today but he was

Medication timings
I am just about to start a clinical trial, that new drug which is similar to Xolair. I am quite keen to know if the drug is effective in me, my consultant has seen some great results in very similar patients, and so i'm hopefully it could be good for me long term. I am however keen to make things as

Travelling with health anxiety
Next Friday we will drive back to the UK from Holland for a holiday. This is the first long journey I have made since my anxiety reached a peak in December. During the physical investigation of my anxiety symptoms. they found a 40% blockage in one of my aortas. Now, this hasn't need aggressive treatment

Seeking support for terrible morning anxiety which now appears to last most of the day.
I have recently come off paroxetine after approx 17 years. I had one other go about ten years ago with the same result. Each morning now i wake with a sense of dread which disappears as the day goes on normally. However, I am now at the point where in the evening I am anxious because I know it will all
