Hmm... Another vitamins question from me. Cut down on my vitamin B complex tablet, been sneezing all day?
I cut down on my vitamin B complex tablet, cut in half. Now I didn't have the best of immune system, and would often get colds and allergies play up. Since taking the B vitamin, I haven't had a cold or allergies play up. I cut down, and I've been sneezing all day and low energy. Could this be related

Endo and the link to low progesterone, pre-menstrual spotting, taking B Complex Vitamin and all Endo symptoms have GONE!
Hi everyone, I just really want to tell this story as I have inadvertently found something that has relieved all my symptoms, it seems too good to be true but I am not kidding. Not saying it will work for everyone but if you are having similar problems to me, or even if your not, it's worth a shot

I've been on Vitamin B complex for the past several months, and I have found that they help with heart palpitations. Not sure if they help with anxiety. I was on Boots make of Vitamin B complex, which was 100& daily allowance of the vitamins. My mum bought me Superdrug Vitamin B complex, which I was

My TSH is 10 and free T4 is 10. what else should I be tested for, any suggestions?
These results were from a general test of blood counts, glucose, liver, kidney & thyroid 3 weeks ago. I had gone to the surgery looking for help after 6 weeks of boiling hot and painful feet like sunburn on my soles. (looks like it's called erythromelalgia to do with blood not circulating to the right

Are Patients from Mars & Health Care Professionals from Venus? - Part 1
It has been a little while I know. Sometimes though the patient in me rears its ugly head again and I have to get out of blogger mode and in to being a bowel transplant patient. That is kind of a long winded apology but The Churchill Hospital, Oxford has seem a little too much of me of late. Now

Do you have a hard time eating while in treatment?
Here's something I wrote to help if you have troubles that are making it hard to eat now .... IF YOU GET MOUTH SORES Eat soft, bland foods that are cold or room temperature. Protein shakes, soups, pureed vegetables, fruits and scrambled eggs are great, too, says Simone Gloger, registered holistic

Thank you :)
I just want to thank everyone on this site -as the advice and info on here is invaluable. I have not been formerly diagnosed with PA but I had many symptoms of low B12 despite a healthy diet. I suffer with Hypothyroidism. I started taking B12 sublingually along with a complex B tablet last September

Natural Treatment for Controlling Blood Sugar and Exercise to Control Diabetes
The blood sugar concentration or blood glucose level is the amount of glucose (sugar) present in the blood of a human or animal. Normally, in mammals the body maintains the blood glucose level at a reference range between about 3.6 and 5.8 mM (mmol/L). It is tightly regulated as a part of metabolic homeostasis

This is going to sound a little odd of a question and not a pleasant kind of question.. I do apologise, I have GAD so I worry about anything and everything.. a lot of the time to do with my health. But in the past, I've had quite a bad immune system and can get sick over anything a lot of the time. I
