Advice please
My feet still get very painful and swell up and I have
plantar
fasciitis
, another reason he thought I had hypothyroidism. I also have weak wrists and he thought the onset of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. My periods have long spaces between them and are very light, this is worrying me.

Getting back
Worries about my ability to run with frozen shoulder,
plantar
fasciitis
, and IBS, added to my general lack of self confidence and self belief, and the fact that I do find it incredibly hard work possibly due to a heart murmur I've had since birth.

However I've also been dealing with IBS flare-ups, a viral cough so bad I was coughing myself sick for 10 days, shingles, frozen shoulder and
plantar

. I'm still so lucky to have a very able body, but right now it's beginning to feel a bit restricted and is getting me down.

Getting in my own way (i.e., it's ok to get help)
For example, I now have in-house shoes with outdoor soles,
plantar
fasciitis
insoles inside the shoes (turns out I shouldn’t be walking barefoot, ever - hence why pain has been increasing so exponentially).

Yearly check up
I still have some problems with my hair, weight, brain fog and also have both
Plantar
Fasciitis
and Peridontal disease (which I've read are linked to being Hypo). Also, my antibodies at the last count were extremely high (approx 1100).

Achilles problems and hypothyroidism - is it a real thing?
I think I also suffer from
Plantar
fasciitis
in my feet. I have chronically painful feet and have had for a long time now (years).

My hair is falling out, I've had horrendous
Plantar
Fasciitis
since December, my gastro issues are too bad to list. My pain is constant. Something's got to give right? My liver is hovering over the boarder line on my blood results and my weight only goes up. I'm active and eat very healthy.

Week 7 run 2 done
I am running more slowly but my pace is more consistent, this why I think have avoided the
plantar
fasciitis
that slowed my progress last time. Not sure I will cover 5k in week 9 but hey ho.

Heel pain
The doc says it is
plantar
fasciitis
and has suggested gel insoles and exercises. I've done both of these and walk on the ball of my foot most of the time but no improvement. It is too painful to put any weight on my heel .

Shoes
I'm a bit overweight, have wide and deep feet and also have
plantar
fasciitis
so have to be well cushioned! Haven't had running gait done yet since the shop folks would only snigger at my shuffles so far. All recommendations / comments welcome! Rainshine

Plantar Fasciitis
So I think I have the above - since week 2 in fact... Pain in the arches, especially first thing, but which fades quickly when warmed up and doesn't bother me when running. Trouble is, it's not improving, in fact I think it's getting worse. I don't think my shoes are the issue - had gait analysis at

Week 2 completed
I know there is still a very long way to go, but as a 50 year old with several health issues, who just a few short weeks ago could barely walk due to
plantar
fasciitis
in my left foot, I feel amazed.
