Is this jaundice?
I just read up on jaundice recently and I’m kinda worried if it is. I am 15 years of age and I’ve been staring at my pc for long hours a day because of online classes and playing video games. Checked my eyes and it’s kinda yellow and some veins. That part also feels kinda dry and it slightly hurts for

Results back and doctor’s confusing comments: help please
Just received my latest blood test results. Have followed advice regarding Vit B supplements (Igennus Super B, 1tab per day) and stopped these 10 days before blood test. Have continued with Vit D/K2 oral spray + 250 mg mag citrate most days. Feel pretty good, though faeces unusually dry for last 8 months

Photos and jaundice eyes- all members please read
Dear all, Admin have noticed more posts asking for interpretation of photos of members eyes to see if they are jaundice. Whilst we do appreciate that people are worried about jaundice, can we remind all members that this is against our community rules- see pinned post. Photographs are very difficult

Peak flow meter measurement
Hello all, I have recently buyed peak flow meter and I started to measure my peak flow in the morning, afternoon and evening before taking my therapy. I found it strange that even when I feel symptoms (chest tightness) according to my peek flow meter I am in green zone( which should be from 517-600

PA and blood group A connection ?
I found a Haematologist consultant's powerpoint presentation about the "diagnosis and management of vitamin B12 disorders" which, in discussing pernicious anaemia, made reference to an association with blood group A. No more detail than that, it being mainly bulletpoint prompts, but this interested

Temperature 32.1
Today I had a forehead temperature check taken before entering a premises. They faffed about for a while and then said “that’s low”. It was 32.1. I got them to check theirs and their result was 36.5 so not a problem with the thermometer. Any thoughts? I’ve recently been diagnosed with primary hyperparathyroidism

Soy Isoflavones and Levothyroxine
I've recently started taking soy isoflavones to counteract some post- menopausal symptoms. There seems to be conflicting reports re the effects , some say take the supplements hours after the Levo, some say don't take it as it interferes with the absorption of thyroxine. I've started to feel a bit better

Raised ALT levels have normalised but recent test have show high levels of copper!
I have had raised ALT in recent tests but normal GGT. Just had some results from tests I had last week which have shown my LFTs have normalised however my copper levels have come back raised! I had a scan a couple weeks again which has show a completely normal looking liver.
