Hi I posted here some time ago that I had isolated elevated bilirubin on two occasions in November and in December of 23 Umol and 27 umol. Blood test yesterday and all other results normal bar bilirubin which is down to 21umol the cutoff being 20umol The doctor didn’t test the sample for direct or indirect. Any ideas on the above or anyone have similar types of results

Oh that's good news, at least you won't need to be worried about such a borderline result. I found no alcohol and staying well hydrated with water seemed to help bring mine down, but it was only medication that could bring my bilirubin level under 100 and eventually into the normal range.I was so relieved not to be yellow any more I didn't ask what the results were. I'm still a bit itchy, but hopefully that will resolve too in time.
My symptoms improved as the levels came down, but I know everyone is different. I hope any symptoms that you had have also gone back to normal.
Some ranges vary depending on the lab ur using. To put it into better perspective, one of my previous indirect/unconjugated bilirubin was 2.5 mg/dl or 42.75 umol/l. One from November was total of 5.8 mg/dl with 4.8 indirect or 82.08 umol/l. I had a viral infection and felt crappy, but the numbers were rather elevated even for my Gilbert’s syndrome. With time it normalized.
