I was on Hydrea but suffered extreme fatigue. Now I am on Jakafi and have numerous side effects (stomach pain, diarrhea, fatigue). When I was on Hydrea my blood counts were normal. Which drug will keep my counts stable for the longest period of time?

Having just read a post where it was stated that beta blockers inhibit T4 to T3 conversion (I’m on Beta Blockers) I did a quick search on Nebivolol (mine). That led to this paper, which interestingly says only Propanalol affects conversion, the rest apparently not. Anyone have anything to share that

Hi all..soo i finally got a letter back from my hemo specialist and I'm triple negative bone marrow is healthy no abnormalities ..however she wants to start me on hydrea bc my plateletts are around 750 but I'm terrified bc iv read about that treatment and it kills cells in the bone marrow!
