I have mentioned before that I have a skin condition called Intertrigo. Skin underneath my boobs is sore & red. Currently I am using Sudocrem, after many steroid creams have been unsuccessful. I am looing for t shirt type of top with cups. I am finding the lower band of my soft bras irritates the skin Anyone have any tips please? I need to wear a support as important to keep the boobs off the stomach area. as this condition thrives on warm moist places. thank you

I occasionally have this trouble . I use unguentum M cream . It’s an eczema cream from doctors. However what I do sometimes is after washing ( no soap). Dry thoroughly and lay paper towel underneath the breast area and no greasy creams because sometimes our bodies seem to hate greasy creams in the end . I find this is brilliant and absorbs all the sweat . Funny subject!!!! But it is life!!!!

I also have rashes under my boobs, I use sudocrem too but I add lavender oil to it and find that works a lot better for me.lavender oil is antifungal and antibacterial and antiseptic andvworks very well when mixed with a carrier oil on its own or mixed with a cream like sudocrem

What a bore! I have a lot of skin issues, especially fungal ones. The joy 🙂 I can highly recommend using Nizoral shampoo on your body like a shower gel. It’s a powerful antifungal and is recommended for intertrigo.

You need to leave it on for a few minutes before washing it off. And then after washing, it’s advised to use a hair dryer to ensure the area is entirely dry.

You can read more here: journals.lww.com/jdnaonline...

Nizoral is available in a large bottle over the counter or in a small bottle online at places like Amazon.

I hope this helps x

Being afflicted with big boobs, this is something I can have problems with if I’m not careful. My solution (once any inflammation/irritation has cleared up) is to use a slick of unscented solid stick anti perspiration deodorant under your breasts. That provides a barrier between skin and fabric and I find it helps to prevent the chafing that leads to intertrigo.

I recently got something like that in the fold of my skin after I fell down on it. I've been using plain aloe vera gel mixed with a little colloidal silver for antifungal properties. It stopped the redness. No more strange yeast-like smell. Looks like it is healing. The aloe vera is for anti-chafing properties.
