I did my tests with no food, no meds for 24 hours.before the tests. Here they are with comparison to December 2020 test.
2/16/21 -- TSH .278 (.450 - 4.5 ul/mL)
12/20 -- TSH .571
2/21 --T4 Free .78 (.82 - 1.77 ng/dL) low
12/20 -- T4 Free .82
2/21 --T3 Free 2.1 (2.0 - 4.4 pg/mL) low ?
12/20 -- T 3 Free 1.9 low
2/21---T3 59 (71 - 180 ng/dL) low
12/20 T3 68 low
2/16/21 -- TPO <9 (0 34 iu/mL)
2/16/21 -- Tg < 1.0 (.0 - .9 iu/mL)
Since December 2020 the dr. added Unithroid, so started on Unithroid 25 mcg, and 15 mcg of liothyroine. Prior to The December 2020 tests, I only took 10 mcg of liothyroine.
I see an endocrinologist and he doesnt pay too much attention to my symptoms (excess hair loss, fatigue) I want to try to get my levels back to where they were in November 2019. (not shown here) It looks like the values went down for T3, FT3, T4, TSH, instead of going up. I know he will not increase my liothyroine.
Any suggestions on how to get him to increase my Unithroid? Would that help my FT3, T3 an T4 to go up? I am surprised my FT3 went down when my liothyroine was increased from 10 mcg to 15 mcg. Any thoughts ?
Should I just accept this? Anyone have ideas why my T3's went down?
I will have to see him in person, as I know if I just call and give him the results, he will say no. Thanks for all your help in this forum.

Last 5mcg dose T3 should be maximum of 12 hours before test test, so Ft3 result is false low if last dose was 24 hours before test
When taking almost any dose of T3 TSH will drop very low
Most important results are ALWAYS FT3 followed by Ft4
Many people find on levothyroxine plus T3 that we often need BOTH Ft4 and Ft3 at GOOD levels
Request/insist on 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine
Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks later
Do you currently split T3 into 2 x 5mcg approx 12 hours apart
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
When were vitamin levels last tested
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies....and especially if under medicated
Ask GP to test vitamin levels
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
If/when also on T3, make sure to take last third or quarter of daily dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time or splitting of dose day before test
