Sinus tach and pvc

I have always suffered from sinus tach. A few years ago I wore a monitor for 30 days and they caught sinus tach and some pacs well for the last two weeks I have been having pvcs I was in er Christmas eve and they seem the pvc on monitor that's how I know it was pvc. I don't have an appt with cardio until the 18th. I'm struggling. The were bad yesterday and they make my anxiety times 100. I don't know why I'm all a sudden getting these . The pvc I feel more when I'm not having high HR which is weird

Try the slow deep breathing. Use your diaphragm not yur shoudlers and breath in slowly till you can't make your stomach go any lower, then breath out slowly pushing your stomach up and untill you almost touch your spine. Slow your breathing down to less than six breaths a minute (easy after a few goes ) or slower if you can and do this for at least five minutes. This exercise can stop ectopics in their tracks if done properly.
