so i’ve been taking paxil 10mg for about a week and a half now and i’ve been having bad stomach aches, nausea, and i just overall feel bad i felt better before i was taking this medication, i haven’t felt this bad in a long time, it hasn’t gotten any better, what should i do, i think i wanna talk to my doctor about actually getting therapy first because i feel awful

I don't think it is the paxil because I took a large dose. Your stomach will hurt for different reasons. Sometimes it can be set off by just worrying to much about one thing that bothers you the most. I do meds. and therapy to help me out. Yes, you should let your doctor know. I think you are really nervous. Nerves give you a stomach ache. I took a larger dose than that and I did fine. 10mg is a small dose.
even when i am super nervous before taking paxil my stomach would never hurt, ever since i started taking it i’ve been having stomach aches and loss of appetite amongst other symptoms, everyone reacts differently to medication, i’ve already been checked so it’s no underlying condition or infection cause the stomach pains, when i don’t take the paxil i feel so good and then when i take it i feel horrible all over again, idk i’ll see what my doctor says but everyone reacts differently to meds😬
