Have not posted for some time but I don’t know what to do. Have been on sertraline since August 2019 after coming off paroxetine after over 20 years. Have been on 125 for almost a year and suddenly over last two days have started to go down hill. I have not been able to sleep much tonight and about half an hour ago suddenly woke after an hours sleep with terrible anxiety and awful palpitations which has not stopped. Don’t know what to do can’t go through all this again just can’t relax HELP
