Had a mild case of COVID about a month ago, but the anxiety from it and still super bad. Like I started a new job and had a panic attack right in front of everybody. It was embarrassing. Still feeling like crap, but just writing because I know there’s others who just need verification that it’s ok to not be ok.

I like that. Embarrassing moments makes us think and feel like we are the weakest and losers. To know that others do go through these moments does make one feel okay in those times. Much thanks here for the reminder
