heart palpitation from suboxome
Lately due to frequent cold I have to increase Buprenorphine and Naloxone to 1.5 mg sublingually (3 quarters of film (2 mg), then I have experienced horrendous heart palpitation and my heart rate goes down to 42 to 44 /minute. Even when I return to my previous dosage which is 1 mg (half film) sublingually

Hello, I recently switched to Prozac after being on Lexapro for about a year and a half. The experience started great, I cross tapered with 5mg of lexapro. I had renewed interest in things I enjoyed like films and books and games. However, Wednesday on my way to work I experienced a horrible panic

Ran out of Buserelin - FET
Hi, I was scheduled for my last Buserelin injection on Thursday ahead of FET next week (Thursday). I thought I had just enough left in the vial but there were only a few drops when I drew it up so I didn't get a full injection (or anything close) Initially I wasn't worried, my lining looked good at D9

ANXIETY DISORDER AND PANIC DISORDER
Hello Great people! I’ve just been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and panic disorder. And it’s affecting my daily functioning and I can’t focus , I’m scared, worrying about unnecessary things. Is it curable? Any help to survive this situation , perhaps things I could do to help me straighten up. Thank

a beautiful practice
over the years I have done yoga in many different studios but it did very little for me. Before ptsd it was the key to my happiness, and after my body was too tense and stuck in fight or flight to let the postures in. This kind of yoga is what I need. Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCJfXwm97rw

wrong possible diagnosis?
Has anyone that’s been diagnosed with cyclothmia also had an episode of psychosis with extreme mania? (Mine was delayed post partum psychosis at 10 months) I’m really confused. My mental health team said I’m too complex to give a final diagnosis yet, as I’ve had lots and lots of different mental health

Relationship advice
I have been with my husband for 31 years, we've had a lot of rough times along the way. When I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago it led to a better understanding between us but within 6 months my brother (who I was estranged from, as well as my mother) hung himself. My world was blown apart and
