PN has stolen my life
Back at beginning of March it started as an itch in the rectum by the end of March I was unable to sit . The itch turned into twisting and throbbing , then my bottom muscles went into spasm and not forgetting the shooting pain ! I've been X rayed had MRI 's , seen a number of orthopaedic consultants

I tried acupuncture an assort pain killers. I have now tried the first in a series of nerve block. This seems to work My vertebra spacing 2 thru 7 appears almost gone. Does anyone have experience on how long does this relief last? I hear from permanently to several years or perhaps several months

Hi again ladies, sorry if this is a bit long and rambly but here we go.. Last October I had a laparoscopy to remove Endo and had the Mirena Coil fitted - it was extremely successful and I had no pain or symptoms. Flare ups
Hi, I suffer from Chronic Pelvic pain syndrome, most of the time I am ok but I get flare ups so bad I can barely stand. I have been through gynae and urology investigations and it is not caused by IC or Endometriosis, My pain consultant says it is nerve related. I have tried amitriptyline, gabapentin

Tens machine
I know a few ladies on here use a tens machine and say it helps with the pain. Just wondering where you place the pads? I have one with 4 pads and I put the pads just under my belly button, at each side then lower down just under hip bone, not on the bone. Anyway it feels awful like someone is tearing

Lifestyle changes to help manage or possibly cure AF
Found some interesting notes in an aticle about new treatments for AF. Interestingly the presence of Inflamation is said to associated with all AF cases which mirrors my naturopaths comments that inflamation is the cause of the majority of dieseses. When I had AF she got me in a sensible anti inflammatary

Hi there Everyone! I sure feel your pain! I started out with hand, thumb, ankle joint pain and swelling. That progressed to elbow, shoulder and hips. Our family physician thought I had RA, but all test were negative, he sent me to a Rheumatologist, anyway. Many drugs and tests later, she pronounced

pain management NHS style
am feeling fed up. I have suffered chronic back pain most of my adult life, in the dorsal region. Repeated trips to the doc when I was younger were a waste of time as I left the surgery time and again with leaflets about how to do back exercises. I went to live in Canada for a few years and within 6
