Therapulse still working!
As I wrote a month or so ago, Therapulse on each calf is really helping my RLS. I have never used prescribed meds but have tried CBD oil, Gummies etc.. The electronic pulses have really made a huge difference and I use it most evenings for about 15 mins for each leg. Doesn't stop RLS immediately but

Can anyone relate to strange pulsing like a tens machine
Quick back story, as I had a PET CT on Thursday I was trying to reduce the pred quite radically in the hope it would give a better picture of my inflammation, and so as soon as it was done, I took a bigger dose and have done for the last few days. Symptoms radically better but still not great, I would

Shingles vaccine
Has anyone here has the shingles vaccine? I know that the usual one is a live vaccine but the nurse at the surgery told me that there is a two-dose non-live one I could have if it didnāt compromise my condition. I do have a haematology phone appointment coming up but not for a few weeks yet so I wondered

Thank you for your replies
just recently I posted about my need to pee just after Iāve been and how awful it is. Well thanks to the experiences of those who replied I had lots of questions for my GP. I now have medication for a OAB. Also a ultrasound being sorted out. A referral for the tens machine. Apparently I have to

Anyone get PN Nerve Block without steroid?
Hello, I have read various studies PubMed etc. that say there is little difference in pain result whether the nerve block is done with steriod or without. Just lidocaine. My pain doc has me scheduled for a block with just lidocaine, and I am wondering if that is just for diagnostic purposes. ? I

Shingles vaccine to have or not to have
My rheumie has recommended that I have the shingles jab. and informed the vaccination centre. A lady from there phoned me regarding this and I said I would prefer the non-live vaccine as opposed to the live one. She said that I could not choose as the nurse would decide after seeing me. I was diagnosed

Lumbar injection after shingles CLL
Hi everyone, I had shingles six months ago, leaving me with nerve problems in my left leg. I have received an appointment for a lumbar puncture which has left me a bit worried, is this because they think something is going on with the CLL in my spine? I can't ask the specialist as I have no follow-up
