Results:Ibuprofen was significantly more effective against human prostate cancer cells in vitro than the other tested nonprescription NSAID
"MTT analysis indicated that clinically relevant concentrations of ibuprofen significantly reduced the survival of LNCaP human prostate tumor cells. TUNEL analysis demonstrated that this was due in part to a significant number of LNCaP cells undergoing apoptosis. Ibuprofen also induced the same amount

Anyone suffer dry/burning mouth particularly interested if you take Xeljanz.
I'm not on any other drugs apart from
paracetamol
and thyroxine. It's so sore and is really getting me down. I've had blood tests done which all came back normal apart from slightly raised liver readings. Spoken to gp who prescribed artificial saliva spray and drops for oral thrush.

Does paracetamol offer equivalent relief for Paramylgia Rheumatica as steroids?
I am hoping that
paracetamol
will give me relief but my symptoms have returned and are as bad as at the beginning. It is the first 2 hours of the day that are the worst and the
paracetamol
helps in this respect. Do I just suffer or revert to more steroids again??

Does anyone else get headache?
I did my W1R1 yesterday, and whilst doing it I got a head ache, not a massive one.. took some
paracetamol
when I got home and drunk lots, but it stayed the rest of the day as a 'heavy head' I've woken this morning with a 'heavy head' and a sickly feeling taken some
paracetamol
and again drinking plenty

Rude Midwives!
When I tried to show her the documentation on my pregnancy file she started to shout at me and mocked me that I'm making a big deal out of it, that I need to go home and take
paracetamol
! I'm terrified now that I'll be giving birth there where no one cares about the mother's concerns or feelings.

Hydroxychloraquine
I spoke to a RA nurse last week (telephone consultations only at the moment) and she said to keep taking the Hydroxychloraquine, the Naproxen and up to 8
paracetamol
per day. I'm thinking about slowly stopping taking the Hydroxychloraquine to see if its what's causing these terrible muscle pains.

Effects of meds
Also recovering from egg collection so having to take
paracetamol
. Feel like I’m rattling a bit! No advice needed really. Just said to my husband this morning that I’m not sure what’s me and what’s the medication anymore. I’m assuming a few may feel like this or am I actually just going mad??! Xx

Ranting and overwelmed
What happens next will I get told to take a couple of
paracetamol
and get back to them when I feel better, you guessed right that's the best they can do for me coz I've also developed an inflammed liver. Is this what I've come too due to the current climate.

Pain is impossible!!
I’ve recently gone back to taking 2 doses each of
paracetamol
and ibuprofen per day, but thinking of adding a third dose - just reluctant to be rattling with tablets again.

Right side, upper back pain for 4 weeks
The GP had prescribed a few things but my liver hospital told me to stick to
paracetamol
and that's all. I am so much pain and a few people have said it could be liver related. I highly doubt it as it is on the rib cage and same section. I finally get to see a GP today who will do an examination.

Neck/shoulder nerve pain post surgery
Neck and shoulder nerves pinched - excruciating pain,
paracetamol
touches it but back the moment relief wears off, and limiting deep breathing. Anybody been down this road? Sleepless for 3 nights now. Weary and very depressed. GP proposed sticking with
Paracetamol
for now. X

Who would be a Rhumi ?
So for the past 18 months I have been put on the methotrexate for 6 months and as they didn't work I've been told to reduce Pred constantly with
paracetamol
supplement on their advice. It appears from peoples experience here that reducing to soon is not a good idea.

Four Years!
Decisions are to be made, but I’ve plumped for doing nothing for a couple of weeks, taking nothing except
Paracetamol
and laxatives, drinking wine and the gin I made and eating anything I fancy (albeit low fibre).

Needing to urinate feeling - new symptom
It went when I look
paracetamol
an ibuprofen (after reading up online). I can only think it must be related to my period pains and things pressing on my bladder. It seemed to have passed on day 2, but then my cramps ease off now too.
