Hi all.
I'm on stims day 3 today.
I had a really bad headache yesterday and gave in in the end and took some paracetamol.
Does anybody know if paracetamol is okay during stims?

Yes paracetamol is fine! I found drinking lots more water helps with that too. It takes so much to keep the sore head at bay. Hope it settles soon 😘
