back pain
I also have periodic
pain
in my upper back under my shoulder blade. I had my gallbladder removed 15 years ago hoping this would help but I still suffer. I am always full of wind with constant loud gurgling in my abdomen. I was wondering if the two could be related in any way.

Rib pain
Hi, Does anyone have rib
pain
when waking up, I have chronic
pain
and Trapezium knots in my back , shoulders and neck and I'm trying to figure out is this IBS related or
pain
related. As the Doctors don't seem to care, on a waiting list for physio.

SHOULDER PAIN
Hi everyone, I have wrote on here quite a few times now about me. This is now about my husband, he had a nasty accident where he was tripped up playing football, it turned out that he broke his shoulder badly. He eventually had an Xray and it showed up on there, he also had massive bruising all down

Help with "sick day rules"
He's doing very well, no
pain
(typical of him lol) and he was discharged yesterday morning (Thursday). We went straight for his 1st physio appointment plus a visit to the pharmacie to collect meds and dressings. It was a busy morning and I was at the end of my spoons.

cool packs
I thought I’d share the fact that I have found great relief from the
pain
in my head from GCA using gel cool packs. This has helped me from having to use as many
pain
killers. Give it a try, it’s been a blessed relief and feels wonderful. Thanks

Chronic Pain (Muscle and Joint Pain)
There is a page that lists
Complementary Therapies
that may be of interest to others trying to manage muscle and joint
pain
. The list includes a definition of each therapy. I am currently doing acupuncture through an acupuncture school which is helping with some sciatic
pain
.

Sciatica
Pain
in one hip and assumed it was a spike so went back to 12mg as advised by doctor. However symptoms still there after 3 weeks and appear to be sciatica. As only in one hip. Very painful and no painkiller helps . Could this be PMR but only in one hip. No
pain
in shoulders either.

My question is how long does the wound take for the
pain
to ease off where you don’t have to take painkillers? Thank you, Joy
