Dramatic change to palliative from treatable after 6 and a half years

Back at the start of the yhis year my PSA continued to rise: 670 > 900 > 1167> 1600 so we stopped the trial. I was anaemic and had low haemaglobin. I felt awful, weak, nautious and had 4 days in hospital for pain management. I hadn't had this before the trial but they said I have a fractured 4th lumbar vertibrae which gives me extreme pain now! I had radiotherapy on this last Tuesday so hopefully this will help. I am finding walking is becoming more and more difficult but driving is ok apart from getting in and out. I am only having treatment for pain relief and looking backm I whink whis has been the same since September 2022.

My Onco has indicated now that Radium 223 would be a better treatment option now as it is better for bone metastases than Cabazitaxel.

Any thoughts anybody please?

Just to say good luck to you mate. Tall Allen has made a good suggestion. Otherwise, is Actium / J591 an option.
