Been left on my own what do I do.

Have any of you been through this. Been told by the doctors that there is nothing more they can do to help me and refuse to put my medication up. So spoke to pain management and have basically been told exactly the same thing. I need help my tramadol is now not working anymore and my pain is getting worse and the doctors won't even entertain a different tablet. Should I go back to my neurologist. Feels like doctors have written me off after 9 years, I just don't know what to do anymore as I know my brain is cancelling out the Tramadol now, thank god the Pregabalin is still working but for how much longer.

Starting to get more pain in my wrists and hands and shoulders. Struggling to grip and get shakes and terrible headaches.

Any ideas please

Hi, I had a lot of pain in my hands and wrists and muscle weakness and trouble using my right leg. On a whim I decided to go on the AIP diet. Such a good move. In 4 weeks I really improved. Only realised when I went back on my normal diet and pain returned! Maybe not for everyone, but works for me.
