sorry I have not been on here for a very long time lost my password then moved home and got distracted. Since my last post I had the MRI of my spine, hip and knees I’ve since been diagnosed with stenosis of the spine on the cervical spine and lower spine also at these two points the discs are bulging and touch the right exiting nerves too Orthopedics have discharged and said basically live with it. Pain management want me to have knee replacements and asked for referral gp refused to do the referral. Since moved Gp surgery and not been seen by my new surgery yet in regards to my pain though I was referred to neurology in November 2023 and still waiting to hear anything so hopefully will hear something soon I’m now having to use crutches and walking aids within the property too and had many adaptations done to my new property as I had to move from an adapted house to a bungalow that is now needing further adaptions to help me manage it’s horrible at 35 years old I didn’t expect to be living in constant pain and needing help to do basic things.

Hi TheOwl89Sorry to hear times have been so tough. I hope you new GP are helpful.

Good to get back with us on here.

Passwords etc can be a nuisance.

Look after yourself.

Moving can be stressful.

Ahh hello TheOwl89,

Oh yes 35 is a wonderful age I really do feel for you sweetheart.

I am hopeful that the adaptations will be complete soon,....make the move worthwhile.

It may also become clearer on how you will cope once you have the bigger picture from neurologist.

We can all help & support you here on the forum.....please let us know how you get on.

Thinking of you xxxx
