Levothyroxine V Progesterone/Estrogen dominance?
Is it possible that I’ve gone down the wrong road to feel well? Two years after starting Estrogen only treatment for menopause I developed hypothyroid symptoms. I always assumed I didn’t need progesterone as I’ve had a hysterectomy. However, I recently discovered the key role that progesterone plays

IVF Meds,when to stop ✋
I am 11 weeks and starting to think about stopping progesterone and
oestrogen
. Clinique said to take up to 12 weeks. Just a little nervous. What if I don’t make enough without the meds😱 any advice or experience would be brilliant 🥰🥰🥰

Anyone over 60 still on Lupron shots to decrease estrogen production?
hi Ladies, I’m so enjoying my month visit to Nz seeing old friends! Also saw my old oncologist here in Nz who wants me to think about having my ovaries out to help my verzenio treatment work better even though I am 62! When chemo pushed me into menopause back when I was 44, it aprarently allowed

broken bone healing while taking Fulvestrant?
i am wondering if anyone has broken a bone while in treatment and how did drugs effect the healing process? A month ago I was hit by a motorcycle crossing the street. Humerus arm bone was broken. A rod and screws were inserted. It is hard to be active with one arm so healing requires immense patience

Two weeks of relief
One hypothesis is that my RLS might be caused by changing hormones because of my age and sex, and soy can affect estrogen (
oestrogen
). Dairy can affect hormones, too, so reducing it may still be part of the equation. We are all different.

Thyroid meds and HRT
But does taking gel type
oestrogen
reduce the levels of T4/T3 in the body (I thought maybe with tablet form yes, but I rub the gel on inside tops of legs?) If the 100mcg results in a 9.4 score, how much T4 would be required to get to the top say 80% of the range? Or do I need to come off HRT?

8 weeks pregnant via IVF and experiencing brown spotting, is this normal?
spotting has just started few days ago since reducing the dosage of progesterone. Still taking progesterone and estrogen but not as high as before. Is brown spotting normal in this case?

First cycle after failed round?!
So I came on my first period after failed round last month. It’s was very clotty heavy and painful but only lasted one day?! I started estrogen on that first day x3 a day! By day 2 only a tiny bit of spotting in the afternoon! I do have light 2day periods anyway! Has anyone else had this, they said may

How much would 7 days of buserelin roughly cost?
Hello, I am potentially going to need to add Buserelin into my next cycle to keep me down regulated. It wasn't planned because my ERA is having to be repeated because there was too much tissue and not enough medium in the sample so the tissue wasn't testable when it got to the clinic... But that's

Elleste Solo - after hysterectomy advice please
He told me to come off tiblone and start taking either progesterone or
oestrogen
only, I couldn't remember which. The GP has given me Elleste Solo 1mg. But inside it says to take extra care if you've had endometriosis or any endometrial growths. So now I don't know what to do.

Bleeding before FET
I’m due to have my first FET in 2 days time. In the last 24 hours I’ve had cramps and spotting. I’ve been taking 2mg estradiol 3 times daily and started cyclogest pessaries 400mg 3 days ago. I contacted the consultant who advised me to increase the progesterone to 3 times daily. Also we’ll do a scan

Does your clinic make you take northisterone to prep for an FET cycle?
I have never been offered this and it seems much better as with northisterone it takes almost a month longer due to starting those pills on day 19 waiting for withdrawal bleed etc before starting
oestrogen
.

Round number 13 - about to go in!
After a whole month of estrogen my lining finally reached 7.3mm! Even the doctors seem to think it’s strange that some months I get there in 14 days and sometimes it’s 30 days! The things that we learn about our bodies through this process! Anyway, tomorrow is the day. I’ve definitely been struggling

Has anyone ever done an IVF round with no Estrogen (fresh)
*TW - MENTION OF LOSS* This is my second round of IVF after 3/4 of my previous embryos ended in MC and other did not implant. My prescription has arrived with no Estrogen and the clinic confirmed that this is correct. I am on the short (antagonist) protocol, fresh transfer would be the dream but

Anastrozole with BAT question
As I experiment with BAT (to the horror of some), one of my doctors has strongly told me to limit Anastrozole to 0.5 mg once every two months or, at most, 0.5 mg at the time of injection and 0.5 mg one week later, saying “anastrozole only stops the conversion to estradiol. 2-OHE1 and 16a-OHE1 are
