Body identical oestrogen

Hi, could someone tell me the names of body identical HRT oestrogen? I need to go on a low dose oestrogen (patch or gel?) but I'd like it to be body identical as I also need to go on a body identical progesterone which I know it's called Utrogestan. Thank you!

I am on Lenzetto which is a spray, there gel is oestrogel, there are lots of different brands of patches but I was on Evorel they start at 25 and go up to 100. The British menopause society does have the listed and the alternatives when the supply becomes and issue as the patches, gels and sprays are the main things used these days as they carry less risk. I was originally put on the gel but no pharmacy had it to so I went to the spray then had trouble getting that so I had the patches but I didn’t get on with those and thankfully my spray came back in stock. I use one by Besin’s that’s Oestragel.

I’m on the lenzetto spray and been told that’s body identical. As is the oestrogel as they are both the same formulation. This was by a menopause Gynae and I take utrogestan alongside. Good luck.
