Food beverages
I have seen lots of info on food to consume that contains B12 but is there food, beverages or anything else that stops or slows down B12 working.

Can anyone advise best way to allergy test?
I've have another red rash on my face today again but thankfully my throat didn't tighten up this time. The first rash was a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to take an allergy test and I know a homeopath chap, so was thinking of making an appointment with him. Does anyone think this is a good way to

Allergy test positive
Got my results back from my tolerance test. I have a allergy against cows milk, yeast and peanuts. Started my new diet for a few days is going to take a while to get these allergy’s out if my system but I’m giving it a go. If he helps with my migraines I’ll do it.

MIGRAINE SUMMIT Notes - NON MEDICINAL TREATMENTS
ROBERT COWAN - NATURAL TREATMENTS. FROM THE CURRENT MIGRAINE SUMMIT. CONTINUES TODAY https://www.migraineworldsummit.com I thought these notes from his talk were interesting for people to see. He talked about non-medical treatments, a really interesting chat for those of us who don't want to swallow

Feel worse when i eat?
My symptoms seem to be much worse whenever i eat. I went most of the day yesterday without eating and felt great until i ate in the evening and then things gradually got worse. And this morning i had a kale and blueberry smoothie and turkey and sweet potatoes, all foods that usually don't call allergies

Iodine Contrast - content
I had swelling of the feet within a few days after CT with iodine with contrast. This could be coincidence but the following link states that some contrast agents have silicates in them. Silicates are the cause of podoconiasis (a syndrome like elephantiasis of the feet.) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Does anyone else get this?
Hi! What follows is trivial, but annoying. From time to time I wake up with uvulitis. Over the day, as I rehydrate etc it goes away. I think the main cause is sleeping with an open mouth, which happens if I am a bit stuffy. All this happened this morning. I know when I got much worse with my asthma it

5 migraines in 4 days
Hi, Feeling quite low today trying to rise above it but the older I’m getting the worst these bloody migraines affect me mentally. I’ve had 5 since Friday I don’t know what triggers mine I wish I did. I think mine are hormonal and stress related. I’m greeting a food allergy test tomorrow to see if that

Allergy vs Intolerance
I began to think about this subject in detail recently. In the end I've come down to I describe some food as an allergy when I want someone to understand the seriousness of whether that food should be on my plate in any shape or form and in any quantity, even trace amounts.

Cold, Allergy or non-allergic rhinitis?

allergic

from some other trigger? I had a bad sneezing fit totally out of the blue a few days ago; went on dripping all night. OK the next day, then similar attack next evening. Mild headache.

This is my first time asking a question .
I am seeing a consultant regarding my breathlessness. I have had all sorts of tests . It's not asthma or allergies. The consultant thinks it may be vocal cord dysfunction. I have looked on Google and I seem to have most of the symptoms. I wonder if anyone on here suffers from it .

Allergic Reaction?
Okay so I went to the er a few mins ago for my tight throat, it feels tight like I can't eat or anything without almost vomiting or losing breath, so the doctor tells me I am having an allergic reaction to a medication I have taken before and it never did anything. She prescribed me prednisone and Zyrtec

I have them for a week and does not seem to stop the new ones. Two years ago I had similar situation but in a week they were gone
