I've had bad seasonal allergies for the last couple of weeks and i'm not sure if it's hayfever or something else. I live in ireland by the way.

I suffer with tree pollen allergy at this time of year - starts March time normally but delayed this year due to weather conditions I'm guessing. Luffa products (drops on tongue/tablets - available at health food shops etc) can help though this year haven't got any so continuing with antihistamines. Good to read about it as advised by Penel as of course you can also get allergies from dust mites and all sorts of things! Take care 😊😊😊
