Hii all this is my second post,

I am using Budamate 400 Inhaler for asthma but my asthma can't be controlled, mucus coming to lungs and breathing difficulties occurs for me. Some foods are causing this I have avoided, fast food, bakery food, sweets, milk and milk products but there is no reduction in the mucus content in the lungs ( White color mucus Mostly ball shape)

So some one please suggest me what are the foods are needed to avoid for asthma...

The trouble is, everyone is different. Have you seen an allergy specialist?

Good luck, there are lots and lots of other options out there to try to get your Asthma under control.

Talk to your consultant about the next steps.

I think everyone is different. After lots of experimenting and with the help of a v patient gp I now avoid sulfites and that makes a big difference to me. I also have peanut and tree nut allergy.

I hope you find what is triggering you xxx

Do you know what foods? have you been tested for food allergies? as educated guesswork isn’t the best thing has anyone suggested acid reflux or nasal drip I suggest speaking to the Asthma UK nurses they maybe able point you in a better direction than guesswork
