Allergy tests

Hi everyone

I'm having a rough time coping with my migraines at the moment so I've started looking in to other avenues I could go down. my sister said about going to get an allergy test, i just wondered if anyone has had any joy from allergy tests?

Yes I’ve had amazing results. I have been diagnosed with hemicrania continua which I’ve suffered from for the last 5 years. Tried everything, spent a fortune and decided to to start taking antihistamine as I’d read it could help. It did which made me think I must have an allergy. I booked to have the test 3 weeks ago at my local health shop £50 and I had a reaction to many things. I’ve eliminated all those from my diet and since then have had 4 mild headache days. I feel so much better too. Eventually I will introduce one thing and see how I go with that but at the moment I’m just enjoying of days. Good luck. I hope it works for you
