I suffer badly with a rolling hiatal hernia and Gerd. I have been on esomeprazole on and off for a few years now. To be honest it doesn’t really work and after being on it for several days it makes my intermittent restless legs a nightly thing. I have tried just about every medication there is to heal

Omeprazole prescription with no investigation.
Had an appointment with GP about feeling like somethings been stuck in throat for a few weeks, tried everything to clear it before seeing her, nasal spray, lots of water, something fizzy, reducing foods that could cause reflux etc she referred me to an ENT and they’ve just prescribed me omeprazole without

Omeprazole
Hi there - I was very interested to read recent posts headed Ectopic heartbeats from "Britishgas" - as other posts then started discussing Omeprazole (Pearipile-55 and Smileyian etc). 5 months ago, after attending A&E I was diagnosed with Atrial Flutter and subsequently advised to take anti-coagulant

Struggling with pain
I was diagnosed with endometriosis and was diagnosed after the lap. Before I was diagnosed I spent years trying to manage pain and reduce bleeding using oral contraceptives. I’ve been on cerazette for about a year now and it’s definitely reduced bleeding but I’m still suffering from severe cramps throughout

Omeprazole/Lansoprazole
Hi, can anyone give me some advice please? I had been taking 30mg Lansoprazole since January, but it was causing terrible diarrhoea 3 or 4 times a day. This was automatically prescribed along with Predisolone, although I have absolutely no problems with my stomach or indigestion. I spoke with my GP yesterday

Tiny red spots on torso
This morning I woke to an itchy “ bite” on my ribs and later likewise similar itchy feeling on ribs at back but only mild. Had Shingles in December but it’s not that. Tonight I have about 10 bright red but tiny marks under the skin, not itchy. I have had a couple of these spots before also on torso.

Really struggling with pain and husband!
Hi guys, try not to make this a pity post but a virtual hug would be great! Went to a and e last night with crippling abdominal pain. Was given naproxen to go with my co codomol. Had a private MRI today. They said 4 or 5 days for results. Have been ticking off the days. Not sure how I'll get through

Supplements and medication?
Since being diagnosed over the phone with suspected angina in Nov and only having spoken to a cardiac nurse to answer some form questions I've not had the chance to talk to anyone about what is going on or what I should/shouldn't be doing etc. I have learnt a few things by research and reading posts

Back On The Road With A 4K
This was my effort to get back to running today. This was just my second run in 16 days and the last one I stopped after 1.5K due to a retching issue. Sadly the issue is not resolved but this time I soldiered on for 4K despite coughing and retching for some of it, though not as violently as before. I
