Hi, I take them and have had no problem. They are for different things, omeprazole stops stomach acid etc and buscopan is for stomach cramps and pain, I just space them apart when I take them. Hope this helps. Take care

I haven’t taken them together sorry
I take them both with no issues although I don't take buscopan regularly.
