Need support with talking to GP/Private doctor. What should my next step be?
Within 2-3 days of it,
muscle
cramps, brain fogginess, mood swings, hair loss, ankle
pain
returned. It has been 4 weeks taking it now, and my weight has started increasing again while my diet and lifestyle have remained the same as before.

The fine hospital scheduling
The title on the email is re: surgery Dec. 7th, 2022. So I open the attachment, It is for December 22nd, 2022. I will call on Monday to see if the Doc is lit on Egg Nog! He is only getting paid $420 per toe to fuse 3 of them! (hammer toe). Either way, does anyone know how Egg Nog goes with pain pills

Pleurisy came on without warning! Ouch!!!
I woke up one morning with the worse side pain ever. Very scary. Went to get CT scan: good news no blood clots or pneumonia; bad news cancer in pleural cavity. Ugh!!!! At home with meds and painkillers resting. Yep this MBC is like a wild rollercoaster 🎢 ride. Looks like turkey 🦃 sandwiches and chips

Bone met pain
I have mets to the pelvic area and one near the spine. The big area is my left hip socket area. I had a hip replacement of the right hip a few years ago and need the left one done now. However, with the mets there, it may not be possible. The socket is reamed out to one mm smaller than the artificial

I have just woken up properly from surgery, I’ve been out since 4pm (I think) on and off. I’m not currently on any painkillers (that I know of) and I feel fine. My surgery was a bit more complex, because of being diabetic they had be come in the day before. Not going to lie, fasting was AWFUL. I am

For as many years as I can remember I've been struggling with excruciating pelvic pain, extending to my legs and lower back. Missed many days at school, laying with my knees up my chest and crying in pain. Now it's not getting any better, I'm missing work days, my sexual life is ruined due to pain, can't

Figured out what back/side issues are BUT nothing works...
I have back
muscle
pain
it's around the back..."belt level". So does that sound like PMR? If not why don't the pain meds help? Why doesn't the pred help? I think I am going to start reducing the pred again. I see my rheumy in a week or so. I went up on my own to test it....but.....

Statins & Steroids
I’m also concerned about some side effects including
muscle
and joint
pain
, I’ve got enough of those now and how on earth would I differentiate between PMR pain and side effects of statins? I’m sure that there are others who have been advised to take statins and wondered what they decided to do?

Stopping Levothyroxine after 17 days?
After I started Levo, I had a few episodes of
muscle
pains all over the body like with viral flu
pain
. I dismissed any thoughts and pop it it down to being underweather. But last Friday, when I finally laid in bed, I realised my entire body ached. Saturday I woke up feeling two hands hurt.

Statins and B12 deficiency
What I did find were that the adverse effects from statins sounded very much like some of the B12 deficiency symptoms that I already have experienced or do experience: memory loss and cognitive function decline,
