Pleurisy came on without warning! Ouch!!!

I woke up one morning with the worse side pain ever. Very scary. Went to get CT scan: good news no blood clots or pneumonia; bad news cancer in pleural cavity. Ugh!!!! At home with meds and painkillers resting. Yep this MBC is like a wild rollercoaster 🎢 ride. Looks like turkey 🦃 sandwiches and chips for Thanksgiving! 😜 Blessed! Glass still have full! Stay 💪🏽

I'm sorry to hear about your progression, and pain it is causing. You're right, this disease is a wild rollercoaster. I hope you get some relief with the pain meds, and hopefully some relief with your protocol in reducing this progression. I'm glad you were able to get some relief from the pain! When will you see your oncologist for his/her treatment suggestions, or is this a side effect of your current meds?
