T3 still low even with good T4
I still have hypo symptoms including quite bad brain fog/joint/
muscle
pain
/ fatigue/low mood. Is 7 months long enough to assume I'm not able to convert the T4 very well? I eat Brazil nuts, am now gluten free and all my vitamins and iron are now optimal thanks to guidance on this forum.

My PMR Journey so far
The condition started with a stiff neck and in early February I experienced a lot of pain in my upper arms, a great deal of stiffness and loss of energy and strength. It took a few weeks to get to see a GP and initially he only prescribed painkillers. I eventually got Prednisone prescribed after a second

Well now on new pain killers and patch I decided time to go away. We are in chilly but sunny Wales visiting my sister. It's done us both a world of good! Menorca booked for end of may too! Last day today but we'll be back 😉😎😎

Hello
The
muscle
aches and joint
pain
is as unbearable now as the symptoms. So I thought I’d get an updated hormone blood profile done to see where my thyroid and female hormones are. I was shocked that they came back with significantly raised prolactin levels, where did that come from ?

heart palpitations anxiety
hey guys. Me again, sorry to bother and ramble on, the past 3 days I’ve been having a few heart palpitations a day. Now I did phone my doctors and they told me this didn’t sound serious and it was normal. They said if the palpitations were regular every few minutes it would be a concern. I get 2 or 3

Hi, 48yr old male, not overweight, eat relatively healthy, but due to a back issue, limited exercise. Take no meds other than painkillers from time to time for my back. But wasn't taking them during these episodes. My issues began a week today exactly. Got up for the loo around 4am, and went back to
