Spaced out/ dull/ weird feeling.plzz help
I vividly remember, it was on the 4th of August, that I fainted( was unconscious for 3-5 seconds) and ever since everything feels weird. It is kinda hard to describe(foggy, spaced out, dull).I've undergone numerous tests( MRI, ct scan, blood tests) all of which came out normal, except vitamin d3 and b12

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed in December 2013 with rheumatoid arthritis then affecting 33 joints. I have been given the following medication. Methotrexate 20mg weekly, folic acid, calciferol, plasmaquine, panafcort, cal d, arava, stilpaine, lansoloc, all daily. So this is between 13 to 21 tabs daily.

Low normal iron can cause fatigue
For those of us fighting critical fatigue, I am learning that those numbers on our blood tests that are just on the edge of being within the normal range can actually indicate underlying issues. Take iron for example. My recent blood test showed my ferritin level (iron) was 14.4 (range 11.0 - 306.8

Hi everyone, I was looking for some advice on the supplements I should be taking as the ones I'm taking at the moment clearly aren't adequate! My last full blood work was done in March but I recently obtained a print out of my results. My serum folate was 2.96 ug/L (4.6-18.7) "low" and serum vitamin

Hi! I am new to this site but have found out so much in the short time I've been a member.I was diagnosed with Hypothyrodism 7 years ago, although I think I probably had this since my early 20's. I have just started to be more assertive in my treatment and when my last bloods came back in the normal

Unstable 7 months after TT
I know I have posted before with my ongoing problems but my latest blood results are in and I continue to have problems. My Consultant is less than useless although GP most helpful. I have now resorted to a private Endo who comes well recommended whom I hope will help soon. The main issue is the constant

Vitamin D3 for pain?
I have been taking vitamin d3 at a dose of 10,000 iu per day (5000 am and pm) to try to help my chronic hives, and I think I've stumbled on help for my period pain as my last period was close to pain free! I've only been taking d3 for 3 weeks and know I need to keep an eye on my levels (10,000 iu per

Been prescribed ferrous fumarate and vitamin d
I've managed to persuade the duty GP at my surgery that the results of my recent French blood tests are something to be at least mildly concerned about: ferritin 4 and vitamin d 17. He really didn't seem that worried by either. Anyhow, he's prescribed ferrous fumarate 305 mg per day for 30 days and
