Yes I take Ad-Cal. My prescription states 2 per day but I have recently cut it down to one a day. GP prescribed it 15 years ago for my bones as I need Steroid inhalers. I am also on Diltiazem. It seems strange to take calcium tablets and then a calcium "blocker".

I always produce my list of meds. when I go for appointments and nobody has said stop the Ad-Cal.

Thanks, Enjoy that's what I've been worrying about. I'm going to question the Dr about it on Wednesday. I remember being given calcium tablets when I was pregnant with my second baby in 1955. More recently about 2000 I was given three sodium tablets after leaving hospital after an AF episode but not the amount I've got now. Weirdly I've now got aches in my back and hips, perhaps this might be imagined but it feels real. Hope you keep well. Terjo
