Help with blood results please!
I have just had a blood test and managed - at last - to get my Free T3 tested! I would appreciate some help in interpreting the results. I have been on T3+T4 (Nature Throid) since December (after stopping Levothyroxine). I take sub-lingual B12 and a daily multivitamin. I stopped my Nature Throid 36 hours

Another pound hits the dust
Anyway, just got back from the supermarket and had a quick slimfast for lunch, I love slimfast, not as a diet food but for all the
multivitamins
it has in it. And it tastes great, I love the mocha ad chocolate.

Do these blood results seem OK?
I have started on
multivitamins
(Centrum women) and have Pure B12 spray which I spray under the tongue two or three times a day, two sprays each time (says 500mcg in each scoosh) - have been using these now for 5 weeks and notice far clearer head when I use the spray.

Rapid heart beats
Hi, I was diagnosed with b12 deficiency in November, I've had my loading doses and one maintence shot. I don't feel much better infact since the diagnoses I feel worse. I've been back to my doctors on a number of occasions and they refuse to do any further blood tests and won't give me my injections

Iodine Excess as an Environmental Risk Factor for Autoimmune Thyroid Disease
I have long been extremely cautious about the use of iodine in relation to thyroid disorders. Yet many people point out the high intake of iodine in Japan and suggest doses of as high as 50 milligrams a day. So it is particularly interesting that this paper originates in Japan and cautions about iodine

I'm active (I run around after a 1 and a 2 year old each day). I try to eat clean wholesome foods but have had a bad week and sugar has crept back in. I'll be

How long untill you felt your own self again?
Hi guys, yesterday my GP appt and after 7 weeks on 75mcg my results are good (tsh 0,2 and FT4 17,8). Since 2 weeks starting to feel better for the first time in 7 years. It may sounds odd but it's making me feel anxious. How far will this go? Will I feel myself again? My GP told me this is normal,
