Diagnosed with CFS, is there any where to go ?
Supplements: I started taking strong
multivitamins
twice a day (myprotein.co.uk) - later reduced this to one every 2/3 days as symptoms eased. Later: omega 3 fish oil, D-Ribose 3 times a day (although I have stopped this recently, as I don't feel I need it).

Vitamin & mineral test denied!
my TSH is still above range 6.58 mU/L (0.38 - 5.33) so it's to be expected until TSH is in range I told him I understood that but wanted to try and help myself to feel better and that I thought supplements would help but needed tests to determine which ones he dismissed this by saying get some OTC

So...Got The Official Go Ahead For Doner Treatment 😊
So today access fertility phoned to say they have approved us for the 3 cycle DE package at our chosen clinic 😊 I also had an email last night from the clinic to say they have the results of the sperm comet test, of which has shown that hubby has higher than average fragmentation. It was 28% fragmented

Thick nasal mucus in the mornings
For several months, i consume blackmores wholefood multivitamin, magnesium (my tremors become better but it isn't my interested topic), vitamin d3, omega 3, garlic, and drink green tea. I even stopped having added sugar, cheese and milk at all. I was happy this week after I've found out that I'm not

It might help someone...
Hi everyone, I started with behcet's symptoms around 8 years ago, diagnosed 4 years ago but nothing really happened since then, still asking to be referred to a centre of excellence and still waiting. I don not have any medication. So over the years and with the help of this forum, I've been trying different

Laparoscopy#frequent urination
Morning All I am into my 3rd week after a lap and hysceropy for endo. I had a urine infection so gp gave me antibiotics (was stinging when peeing too)- have now completed the course over a week ago and I am still frequently urinating especially overnight (8-10 times). Is this normal and has anybody experienced

I am new on this site.
I take
multivitamins
and minerals and probiotics as my consultant suggested. I like to have the odd chocolate, perhaps 2/3 per day......... surely that cannot be the problem. I need to lose between half and one stone.

How was it for you?
Hi all, I am new to this site. I found out two days ago that I am expecting my first baby. I am approximately 5 weeks in. The only symptoms that raised my suspicion was having tender breasts for well over a week when it usually only happens a few days before a period, and also rather a lot of trapped
